NADG Breaks Ground on The Aletto, Boca Raton’s First New Class A Office Development in Nearly 25 Years

NADG, in partnership with Compson Associates, has officially broken ground on The Aletto, Boca Raton’s first newly developed Class A office project in nearly 25 years. Situated on approximately 1.5 acres, the 10-story development will comprise roughly 140,000 square feet across two architecturally distinct towers. The project will feature approximately 117,000 square feet of Class A office space, complemented by roughly 23,000 square feet of curated restaurant and retail offerings, as well as a 550-space structured parking garage designed to support both tenants and visitors.
