The much anticipated “NUVO Club” is now open! We are thrilled to announce that in January 2024, we received the final certificate of occupancy for this jaw-dropping 3+ acre amenity pod featuring resort style pool, large fitness center, club room, pickleball courts, basketball court, grilling and lounge pavilion, playground, putting green, fire pit and yoga lawn. The opening of NUVO Club has resulted in immense traffic and leasing at NUVO Boca.
