Property Overview

Tomoka Pointe is NADG’s first phase of apartments within Tomoka Town Center and totals 276 units. Tomoka Pointe received its certificate of occupancy in early April 2019 and was stabilized in 10 months, representing an average absorption of ~28 units per month. The Property was sold in November 2020 and set the then record per unit sales price for a multi-family development in Volusia County.
