Son emplacement inégalé - à quelques pas de la gare GO d'Agincourt - en fait un centre stratégique pour la vie axée sur les transports en commun.

La transformation visionnaire du centre commercial Agincourt Mall deviendra bientôt une réalité - les autorisations ont été obtenues pour un nouveau développement d'environ 4,4 millions de pieds carrés et des tours s'élevant jusqu'à 450 pieds (43 étages). Une fois achevé, le site réaménagé comprendra jusqu'à 4 300 unités résidentielles modernes, 258 300 m² de commerces au rez-de-chaussée, 107 600 m² d'espaces de bureaux et 23 680 m² dédiés à des équipements collectifs dynamiques.
