This platform was originally founded as a complement to our retail platform and is now NADG’s primary growth platform. Within this platform, NADG operates under 3 distinct strategies: (i) development of multi-family apartments and for-sale condos, with our projects ranging from traditional garden-style to urban high-rise; (ii) development of single family rental (SFR) projects; and (iii) land development, where we improve land and sell lots to major / public homebuilders.
NADG has completed (or is under development on) over 10,000 residential units, and has improved over 1,000 acres of land, with a pipeline of another ~1,000 acres of land to be developed and sold to homebuilders and end users.
