NORTH AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT GROUP TODAY

In its cumulative business history, North American Development Group ("NADG") has been active in the development, acquisition, redevelopment and management of over 200 shopping centers comprising well in excess of 25 million square feet of GLA with an enterprise value of over $3 billion.

NADG owns over 11 million square feet of existing shopping center gross leasable area in the U.S and Canada, with an additional 3 million square feet of shopping center GLA in development or pre-development. The company also owns approximately 1400 acres of land (virtually debt free) in the U.S. and Canada that has been acquired for future retail development.

NADG has 11 offices across North America, consisting of 7 in the United States and 4 in Canada, and a team of over 150 seasoned real estate professionals. In the U.S., NADG's head office is in West Palm Beach, Florida with regional offices in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas, Nashville and Atlanta. In Canada, the Company's head office is in Toronto, with regional offices in Edmonton, Montreal and Halifax.

Since the end of 2009 NADG has acquired 27 retail properties comprising over 3 million square feet of existing or to be developed space. .

NADG’s projects:

Edgewood Retail District, Atlanta, Georgia:
A 531,287 square foot shopping center approximately 2 miles from downtown Atlanta anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement, Target and Kroger.

Dartmouth Crossing, Halifax, Nova Scotia:
A 518 acre parcel of land. Phase 1 of the development opened in 2007 and contains approximately 1.1 million square feet of GLA, anchored by Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Future Shop, Toys R US, Staples, Empire Cinemas, 7 restaurants, Marriott Hotel and others.

Boucherville, Montreal, Quebec:
A 1,000,000 square foot development in suburban Montreal, anchored by IKEA, Costco, Rona Home Improvement, Staples, Winners (TJX), Future Shop (Best Buy), Metro Food Supermarket and 30 others.

Boisbriand, Montreal, Quebec:
A 100 acre property located in suburban Montreal with over 800,000 square feet of GLA, anchored by Costco, Home Depot, Target, Sobeys Supermarket, Metro Supermarket, Sears Home, Staples, Toys R Us, Golf Town, and others.

Mall of the Americas, Miami, Florida:
A 798,000 square foot enclosed mall in Miami, anchored by Home Depot, Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Tiger Direct, AMC Theater and others.
