Since inception, NADG has acquired over 100 shopping centers comprising well in excess of 20 million square feet of GLA, with an aggregate acquisition cost of over $1.5 billion.
The Company has acquired malls, power centers, and supermarket anchored shopping centers. Properties can range from a major redevelopment all the way to a high quality core asset with little entrepreneurial opportunity. The one thing every acquisition shares is strong locational factors. NADG in concert with Centrecorp is fully integrated which allows the company to fast track due diligence. NADG is strongly relationship oriented and many of our acquisitions are now brought to us from previous sellers and brokers. Relationships are at the roots of our success.
